Iron Mountain is seeking a highly analytical and experienced **Deal Desk Analyst** to join our Commercial Operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for enabling profitable revenue generation by ensuring the structural integrity of commercial models, driving deal accuracy, and transforming complex financial data into strategic, actionable insights. You will maintain the accuracy and precision of complex pricing structures and contract documentation, directly contributing to the acceleration of the sales cycle. This role serves as a trusted commercial finance partner to internal stakeholders globally, collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, and Country teams to streamline pricing processes, optimize deal performance, and improve overall commercial efficiency. **What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)** In this role, you will: + Lead Commercial Execution and Governance: Develop and manage the lifecycle of complex commercial constructs, including the creation, review, and governance of intricate pricing models, bespoke quotes, and contract financial annexes, ensuring absolute accuracy and completeness for efficient, compliant deal closure. + Drive Commercial Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional country teams to resolve transactional bottlenecks, support training on pricing methodologies, and continuously refine the commercial process for maximum efficiency and margin capture. + Support Financial Due Diligence and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security and financial governance frameworks by supporting critical deal-related activities such as financial due diligence, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and managing quality assurance documentation related to pricing and contractual terms. **What You’ll Bring (Skills and Qualifications)** The ideal candidate will have: + Extensive Experience: Several years in a Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, Pricing Analyst, or Global Deal Management role, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization. + Expertise in Commercial Modelling: Strong, proven knowledge of complex data interpretation and quantitative analysis, with expertise in translating pricing, cost, and market data into strategic recommendations for maximizing deal profitability. + Operational and Financial Rigor: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, concurrent deal support tasks with exceptional time management, producing highly accurate financial documentation, and adhering strictly to tight pricing deadlines. + Education (Required): A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a quantitative field. **What We Offer (Benefits)** + Competitive compensation and benefits structure aligned with your commercial finance experience. + Flexible work options to support your work-life balance. + Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans. + Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth in commercial operations and finance.
