We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect / Manager with 8-10 years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Windows platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will be responsible for architecting enterprise identity strategies, modernizing Windows platforms, leading large-scale migrations, and implementing hybrid cloud integration. This role requires close collaboration with CXOs, architects, and global teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable identity and Windows services that drive enterprise cloud adoption.

Your key responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy Define enterprise identity strategy across multi-cloud (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Identity). Architect and modernize Windows Server environments, including AD consolidation and hybrid identity design. Establish Zero Trust, conditional access, and privileged identity management frameworks. Platform Engineering & Operations Lead lifecycle management of AD, Azure AD, federation services, PKI, and Group Policies. Design hybrid integration patterns between on-premises identity and cloud-native services. Drive automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) and IaC adoption for identity and Windows workloads. Security & Governance Implement enterprise-wide IAM governance, RBAC, least privilege, and compliance with NIST, ISO, CIS frameworks. Partner with security teams to embed DevSecOps and continuous compliance monitoring. Migration & Transformation Lead migrations from legacy Windows domains to modern hybrid identity solutions. Drive enterprise adoption of MFA, SSO, and conditional access policies. Guide cloud adoption programs integrating identity with Azure, AWS, and GCP workloads. Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and guide senior engineers and architects globally. Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to align identity strategy with business goals. Represent the organization in client, partner, and industry forums.
Skills and attributes for success
Required Skills
8-10 years of IT experience, with 6–8 years in IAM and Windows Platform architecture. Strong expertise in AD, ADFS, Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Identity. Experience in Windows Server platform design, consolidation, and optimization. Automation and IaC expertise: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible. Strong knowledge of identity federation, MFA, SSO, and hybrid cloud integration. Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS).
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity & Access Administrator / Enterprise Administrator Expert, TOGAF. Experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust), and advanced identity governance (SailPoint, Okta, Ping). Pre-sales or consulting background for enterprise identity transformation.

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
