WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Distribution Centre (DC) Systems Manager, you’ll be part of the management team shaping the future of our new site in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia. With the DC set to open in the second half of 2026, you’ll play a key role in laying the foundation for its success — both operationally and strategically.
In your role, you’ll lead the department overseeing DC technology, ensuring the seamless integration and reliable performance of the WMS and associated warehouse systems to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
This state-of-the-art facility, spanning nearly 250,000 sqm, will be the largest and most highly automated DC in our global network. Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing the Technology Operations team, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.Managing system budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.Overseeing deployment and maintenance of technology projects, ensuring uptime, compliance, and smooth release management.Coordinating system functionality and downtime across all warehouse technologies.Driving incident response and troubleshooting, including emergency call participation.Training end users on system functionalities to support operational excellence.Collaborating with DC Operations, Safety, and DC Management to ensure system alignment and performance.Reporting regularly to senior leadership on system initiatives, risks, and performance.Defining and monitoring KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for system improvements.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

A university degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience/training.Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.Deep expertise in warehouse operations, cost drivers, and DC systems, including current technologies and emerging advancements.Strong functional skills in technology operations and troubleshooting.Structured approach to task management, proactive problem-solving, and continuous process optimisation.Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders.Business fluent in Czech and EnglishAnd people who are…
