Your role in a nutshell:

We are looking for someone for whom delivering quality and working with complex data is not just a skill, but a passion. The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline- and detail-oriented, motivated, and able to perform multiple tasks.
The core responsibility of this role is the development and maintenance of complex SQL queries to support and calculate sales commissions. In addition to the calculations, regular quality control and continuous improvement are essential. Equally important are the skills to present complex figures in a clear and comprehensible way through reporting.

What you’ll do:

•  Data analysis aimed at providing insights, preventing system, calculation, product problems
•  Calculate monthly commissions payouts based on complex data structures
•  Create, maintain and process controls to ensure correct calculations and payouts constantly
•  Develop commission reports to support decisions in the whole process chain

What will you bring to the team:

•  3+ years of experience in data analysis
•  Existing experience in sales-related processes, ideally in dealer or employee commissions
•  Fluency in English; additional German language skills is a plus but not mandatory

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•  High-founded SQL knowledge, preferred on Teradata environment
•  Microsoft Office, focus on Excel and/or Access
•  Visual Basic Knowledge (optional, seen as a plus)
•  Experience in SAP SalesCloud (optional, seen as a plus)
•  Experience in an ETL tool (optional, seen as a plus)
