The Data Center Program Associate will support Kaizen projects and other initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and operational effectiveness across teams. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, conducting research and benchmarking, and proposing process improvements to optimize workflows. The associate will assist in sustainability-related projects, such as waste reduction initiatives in data centers, and contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, they will help organize workshops, training sessions, and team discussions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
