Job Description

Your main responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Control of financial and non-financial KPIs and operating expensesAnalyze and present realized operational targetsActively participate in the preparation of the distribution center budget and supervise its implementationRecommend and implement new strategies to improve performancePreparation of analyses, operational forecasts and reportsOngoing cooperation with other departments and divisions of the companySupport the production department and management team in providing them with financial and quantitative information as well as reports and analysisShort- and long-term production planning at subordinate department

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills: 

Prerequisite - Communicative level of Polish languagePrerequisite - Several years of experience in a similar position in the logistics/warehousing or manufacturing industryPrerequisite - Very good knowledge of English at min. B2 and ability to work in an international environmentExperience in independent analysis and reporting using BI class systems (Power BI preferred)Advanced knowledge of MS Excel + Power Query + Knowledge of data warehousesAbility to work in a team and developed interpersonal skillsAbility to seek solutions and think analyticallyKnowledge of controlling and project management principles and methodsDirectional higher education
