Job Responsibilities

As a DC General Warehouse Associate supporting a new warehouse within out Waterloo Distribution Center you will:

Hours:

7am - 3:30pm M-F with overtime as needed and

8am - 4:30pm M-F with overtime as needed

Receive and process incoming stock and materialsPick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficientlyPack and ship orders in a timely mannerManage, coordinate, and retrieve stock in the warehousePerform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsOperate and maintain warehouse equipmentFollow quality service standards and align with procedures, rules, and regulationsAssist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar roleAbility to operate forklifts and other warehouse machineryFamiliarity with modern warehousing practices and methodsGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift heavy objects and work in a physically fast-paced environmentStrong dedication to safety and team collaborationHigh school diploma or equivalent experience

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $30.15

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
