Hours: 11:30am - 8pm with overtime as required

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Operate distribution center machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to guarantee the secure and effective management of materials.Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to customer requirements and company standards.Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure flawless operation.Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and maintain world-class service levels.Assist in inventory management by conducting cycle counts and maintaining accurate records.Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure environment.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

Demonstrate a successful history of operating distribution center machinery, with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience.Display a high level of attention to detail and the skill to meticulously adhere to instructions.Are ambitious and determined to contribute to the success of the team.Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.Are physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items, up to 50 pounds.Are available to work mid-shift hours and have a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
