Key responsibilities and tasks for this role:
1. Customer and Danone Masterdata and Information Alignment:
- Ensure all Masterdata for the Master Stock List, NDD’s/NOD’s, and lead times are aligned.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain alignment.
- Ensure all deals and promotions are visible.
2. Monitor Stock Levels:
- Monitor in-store stock levels daily and take action to address any shortages.
- Placing orders per store according to NDD
- Collaborate with the merchandising partner and stores to verify the accuracy of stock on hand reports weekly.
- Escalate any ongoing stock level discrepancies to the Danone Key Account Manager, merchandising partner, and identified customer resources.
3. Joint Demand and Supply Planning:
- Work on collaborative planning processes and agree on specific planning parameters.
- Collaborate closely with stores, sales, and the merchandising partner to ensure anticipated demand changes due to peaks and promotions are communicated and executed correctly in-store (including price flashes, etc.).
4. Single Point of Contact:
- Serve as the single point of contact for interaction between the store and Danone at an operational level.
- Follow up on supply chain and order queries raised by stores.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Meet with key stakeholders monthly to drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Identify root causes and initiate process changes or projects to address problem areas.
6. Customer Service Projects:
- Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress versus plans.
- Identify potential risks and develop a risk management plan.
