WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a DC Business Expert – 3PL, you will support the Distribution Centre by ensuring seamless system integration, effective 3PL performance management, and strong compliance across all logistics activities. Through collaboration and agile problem‑solving, you will drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and stable, incident‑free execution.
You will play a key role in securing smooth DC operations, high‑quality system performance, and strong alignment between internal teams, cross‑functional stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive 3PL performance and operational excellence across distribution center operations through strong partnership and expertise in warehouse ways of working. Ensure operational stability through proactive performance monitoring, issue prevention, and effective incident management. Lead seamless WMS and SAP integration, system releases, and rollouts to ensure smooth and reliable operations. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver strong distribution service, stock accuracy, and business commitments. Drive continuous improvement, governance, and compliance through audits, standards, and operational excellence initiatives. Ensure high garment care and sustainability standards across DC operations, including resource efficiency, recycled material usage, and responsible logistics practices. Manage NCG consumption through disciplined monitoring, cost control, and operational efficiency.
