Key ResponsibilitiesHours 8am - 4:30pm with overtime as needed
In the role of a DC Admin/Reconciliation Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Perform daily inventory reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies between system records and physical stock.Investigate causes of inventory variances (e.g., receiving errors, mispicks, shrinkage) and recommend corrective action.Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of all inventory adjustments in compliance with internal policies.Assist in identifying trends or recurring issues and support initiatives to improve inventory control processes.Respond to customer service requests related to inventory issues, including missing items, incorrect shipments, and stock availability.Track, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in reconciliation or a related fieldAnalytical, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with high accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication skillsWhy Join Us?

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
