DBS Change Agent Requisition ID: 46082 Job Location(s): Reynosa, MX Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Power Solutions Segment Job Function: Supply Chain and Operations Work Location Type: On-site **The Impact You'll Make** **Danfoss Mexico** is looking for a **DBS Change Agent** for the **Reynosa Plant.** As **DBS Change Agent** you will be responsible for Lead deployment and execution of the continuous improvement process, including Lean Tools, DBS, Kaizen Events, and Cost Out initiatives. The role involves designing and maintaining information systems to manage the continuous improvement journey. It supports the generation of the CI Culture by developing information to be deployed in the plant for the Danfoss business system. Additionally, the role implements and supports the CI culture through recognition programs to increase people's engagement. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Lead deployment of lean tools at the site such as MIFAs, 5S’s, Kaizen, Set Up reduction, Cost Outs, Material Flow, standard work, TPM, etc. + Improve the 5S’s program by supporting operations on the preparation and execution of 5S events, and analyzing information from the performance of the internal audits program. + Analyze operational information to identify cost-out opportunities at the site. + Lead continuous improvement (CI) training and conduct campaigns to foster knowledge on DBS, Lean Tools, OEE across the plant. + Evaluate and assess Kaizen blitz (Ideas program) by promoting the program, supporting deployment campaigns, evaluation, and generating information to manage the system across the site. + Support engineering and Project Management (PM) on Layout Management by using Lean Tools to improve layouts (material, people, and information flow) to ensure alignment with space utilization and flow strategy across the plant. + Promote risk prevention/assessment and safety culture. + Execute capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and projects to improve OEE performance. + Support Danfoss Business System initiatives. + Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) and quality policy, aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context. + Ensure Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) requirements and resources are fully integrated and available within business processes. + If scheduling suppliers/contractors at the plant premises, ensure compliance with EHS requirements and oversee the execution, inspection, and monitoring of work. **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or similar. + 3+ years of experience in similar positions + Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools. + MS Office proficiency. + Statistical methods and tools. + Total Work System knowledge. + Bilingual Spanish-English. + Time Management. + Leadership skills. + Effective Communication. + Teamwork. **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
