**About the role**
As a CBRE Dayporter, you will support housekeeping, occupancy, and custodial duties.
This is an onsite opportunity Monday-Friday in Ft. Dodge, IA and part-time with flexible hours (20 hours per week). It will be a daytime position, preferably 7AM-11AM, with some potential flexibility for the right hire.
**What you’ll do**
+ Maintain cleanliness of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and shared areas.
+ Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
+ Organize inventory of storage rooms to ensure contents are stocked.
+ Follow government and company regulations related to building operations and work safety.
+ Answer common inquiries from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.
**What you’ll need**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Basic computer skills.
