What You'll Be Doing:
Operate front-end loader to load materials into trucks and move product within the yard
Maintain safe and efficient operation of equipment and follow company safety protocols
Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns
Communicate effectively with dispatch and drivers to ensure timely loading and delivery
Assist with general yard duties including cleanup and material organization
What Are We Looking For:
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment
Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Conditions of Employment:
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment:
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
