About the Opportunity
Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Tipper Driver based out of Girraween. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday.
Hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday starting at 4am and driving for up to 12 hours, with optional Saturday shifts (6 to 12 hours based on availability).Rate: Hourly rate of $34.57 + penalties + 1 RDO per month.Overtime: Time and a half after regular hours, double time after 10 hours. Meal allowances are also included after 10 hours.Ideal for someone who’s independent, reliable, and ready to come in and hit the ground running.We provide cutting-edge technology for safety, route mapping, and load tracking.About You
Licence: You must have a minimum of a Heavy Combination or Multi Combination (preferred).White Card: You will have a current valid Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one before you start.People Skills: You enjoy engaging with colleagues and visitors through conversations while onsite.Pride in Your Ride: You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keeping it clean and presentable is important—you are a mobile billboard for our company.Medical Check: Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites).What we offer:
