What You'll Be Doing
Operate and maintain quarry equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
Assist with plant operations including material handling and cleanup
Operate truck loadout equipment to ensure efficient and accurate loading of materials
Monitor and report equipment or operational issues to supervisors

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work conditions
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Must meet all legal requirements to work in the United States
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and reaching
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Manual dexterity and coordination to operate tools and machinery
Tolerance for exposure to dust, vibration, and varying weather conditions
