What You'll Be Doing
Accurately weigh and record rail and truck loads using scale systems and software
Communicate with drivers, terminal operators, and dispatch to ensure efficient flow of materials
Maintain organized records and documentation for shipments and inventory
Monitor and report discrepancies in weights, loads, or documentation
Support terminal operations with administrative tasks and data entry
What Are We Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Proficient with basic computer systems and office software
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Must meet company and regulatory safety standards
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
