What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily rail terminal operations to ensure safe and efficient material handling
Coordinate team activities and communicate priorities to meet production goals
Monitor equipment and operational processes, reporting issues and ensuring timely resolution
Train and support team members in safety procedures and operational standards
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using basic computer systems and reporting tools
Conditions of Employment

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the terminal for extended periods
Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems
Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds
Visual and auditory acuity to safely navigate active work zones
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to physical challenges
