**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production of sand and gravel.
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
+ Load and unload materials using heavy machinery such as loaders and haul trucks.
+ Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
+ Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company safety standards.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
+ Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including uneven terrain and confined spaces.
+ Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment and perform inspections.
+ Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
