**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate a front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently
+ Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
+ Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate pit operations
+ Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards
+ Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a quarry or similar environment
+ Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment inspections and minor maintenance
+ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
+ Must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
+ Must be able to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
+ Requires use of hands and feet to control equipment and tools
+ Visual and auditory ability to detect safety hazards and communicate effectively
+ May involve working at heights or in confined spaces
