**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mobile and stationary equipment
+ Learn to diagnose mechanical issues and perform corrective actions
+ Support preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
+ Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong interest in mechanical systems and hands-on learning
+ Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
+ Basic understanding of tools and mechanical concepts
+ Commitment to safety and attention to detail
+ Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
