Day Service Manager

Salary: C. £37,900.00

Hours of work: Full-time, Monday to Friday

In partnership with a well-respected, person centred charitable provider I am seeking a Day Service Manager to lead inclusive, person-centred day services for individuals with visual impairments and/or complex needs. This role focuses on promoting independence, well-being, and meaningful engagement through tailored activities and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the day serviceDesign and deliver activity programmes that reflect individual goalsLead and support staff and volunteersEnsure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and care standardsBuild strong relationships with families, carers, and partner organisationsOversee budgets and contribute to service development

About You

Qualified in health and social care, leadership, or service managementExperienced in supporting people with complex needsSkilled in team leadership and person-centred planningStrong communicator with a collaborative approach
