Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Habilitation Program Amergis Healthcare Staffing Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process while maintaining accountability for clinical decision-making. The RN will consistently perform according to established nursing standards and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support high-quality patient care. Position Details Title: Registered Nurse Program: Day Habilitation Facility Locations: Woburn & Wakefield (floating required) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Rotation: Biweekly rotation—one week in Woburn (2 days) / Wakefield (3 days), then reversed the following week Start Date: Two weeks from offer Compensation: $55/hour Responsibilities + Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care + Conduct focused interviews to determine patient-specific needs + Assess and identify physiological and psychosocial changes in patient conditions + Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop accurate nursing diagnoses + Create and document individualized plans of care, including expected outcomes and interventions + Prioritize and implement nursing actions based on patient needs + Ensure consistency between the plan of care and actions of medical staff + Provide safe, therapeutic, and comfortable patient environments + Deliver and evaluate patient and family education + Revise care plans as needed based on patient response and changes in medical direction + Document patient responses to interventions and overall clinical progress Requirements + New graduates are welcome to apply! + Active RN license in the state of practice + Strong verbal and written communication skills in English + Current Health Certificate (as required) + Current PPD or Chest X-ray + One year of professional nursing experience preferred + Current BLS certification + Successful completion of required testing, background screening, and hiring processes Please feel free to reach out with any questions about the role.
