**Deburring Technician** **Paying $20 / HR - $23 / HR** **Location in Aurora, OR 97002** We are seeking a dedicated Deburring Technician responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, and other imperfections from metal aircraft components. This hands-on role demands a keen eye for detail and the use of various tools and equipment. **Responsibilities:** + Remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from metal aircraft components using hand tools and small power tools. + Utilize deburr guns, pencil grinders, and air-powered die grinders to smooth part edges. + Work with larger parts such as skins and spars, following customer specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to determine finishing requirements. + Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specified dimensions and finish. + Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork for completed jobs. **Qualifications:** + Experience working in the aerospace industry is advantageous. + Ability to follow customer specifications from large manufacturers. **Environment/ Shift:** + The role involves working with various tools and equipment to finish metal aircraft components. The environment requires adherence to safety standards, and the ability to interpret blueprints and work instructions. You will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing setting. + Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am-3pm. Any qualified candidate will have the ability to interview within 24 hours with potential following week start date.
