The Datacenter site manager works closely with fellow managers and uplines with a number of datacenter employees reporting to him/her. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Creativity and intellectual curiosity to constantly improve the data center operations • Certifications a plus: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT), Linux+, o Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), etc • Be able to motivate and lead a team • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
