The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of various tasks and projects. This role involves data analytics, report formation, communication support, and project management assistance.** **What You Will Do:** • Collect and compile energy consumption data from the 'Resource Advisor' system. • Create comprehensive reports on energy consumption. • Support the creation of project case studies. • Assist with communication efforts to relevant stakeholder groups. • Track and store Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) on SharePoints. • Collect, organize, and maintain utility data from various sources. • Verify utility bills against meter readings and agreements. • Analyze utility consumption and costs for trends and savings opportunities. • Prepare detailed reports on utility usage, costs, and savings. • Compare utility usage and costs against industry benchmarks. • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting to support the Resource Advisor Team. • Participate in monthly calls to address data quality gaps. • Provide project management support to the energy team. • Support the collection and tracking of environmental data (waste, emissions, etc.). **What You Will Have:** • 3+ years of relevant experience. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
