**Job Summary**
As a Data Visualization Senior Associate on the CCB Finance Data & Insights Auto Team, you'll dive into automotive financial data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives. You'll have an opportunity to use your analytical skills to build compelling dashboards and intelligence solutions that help drive business decisions as well as identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and implement automation tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot. You will also partner with stakeholders across the organization, respond to ad hoc data requests, and continuously learn new technologies.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Lead the end-to-end development of dashboards and analytics using Tableau, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, and SQL, providing actionable insights for senior management and key stakeholders within the line of business.
+ Create and refine Alteryx workflows to gather data from diverse sources, summarize information based on stakeholder requirements, and ensure data is sourced from authoritative systems following best practices.
+ Develop and enhance intuitive visualizations in Tableau and ThoughtSpot, enabling stakeholders to easily interpret data and make informed decisions.
+ Conduct comprehensive validation of all solution components, verifying that data and visualizations accurately reflect insights and supporting robust control processes.
+ Participate in testing and meetings related to server upgrades, data source changes, and other technology enhancements to maintain seamless data integration.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring team members to build their proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
+ 3+ years of experience delivering data analytics projects and developing advanced data visualizations and presentations, with a strong expertise in Tableau.
+ Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data preparation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or similar platforms.
+ Proficiency in working with relational databases, including optimizing SQL queries to extract, summarize, and report on large datasets for both standard and ad-hoc analyses.
+ Proven ability to interpret data within its business context, identifying opportunities and insights that drive value beyond the numbers.
+ Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of thought leadership and achieving results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
+ Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or other big-data query tools
+ Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
+ Experience in reporting development and testing, and ability to interpret unstructured data and draw objective inferences given known limitations of the data
