Lead the development and delivery of advanced Visier analytics solutions that transform people data into actionable business insights. As the Data Visualisation Lead specializing in Visier platform, you'll manage a team of Visier analysts while partnering closely with People Insights Partners to translate strategic requirements into sophisticated dashboard solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to drive excellence in workforce analytics.
Core Responsibilities
Visier Analytics Leadership
Lead development of comprehensive Visier dashboards
Manage and develop a team of Visier analysts/developers
Establish technical excellence standards and best practices for Visier analytics
Design and implement advanced workforce analytics using Visier's full capabilities
Stakeholder Partnership & Requirements Gathering
Partner with People Insights Partners to capture strategic analytics requirements
Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for the Visier team
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project timelines according to agreed SLAs
Team Management & Development
Lead, coach, and develop Visier analysts to achieve technical excellence
Balance team workload and priorities across multiple concurrent projects
Stay current with Visier platform updates and new functionality
About you
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
4+ years’ experience in people analytics visualization with strong Visier platform expertise, with hands-on development experience of multiple modules
Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools (valuable)
Understanding of enterprise system integrations
Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms (Snowflake preferred)
Team development and coaching abilities
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills communication and presentation abilities
Project management and prioritization skills
