And, that’s something we’re truly proud of. **_Work That Matters, People Who Care._** **Job Description** **WHAT'S THE JOB?** **Job Purpose:** The Data and Technology Analyst will implement, monitor, maintain and analyze the technology systems to ensure timely completion of projects and applies knowledge of communication installation techniques to client processes at the GTAA. They also review project plans and resolve onsite technology issues. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** The main duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: + Manage platform integration with our teams and client, comprehensively and with speed and efficiency. + Data Integrity - Review data regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency + Analysis of data to inform and assist our Operations Teams. + Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the client, key stakeholders and customers including participation at Client Performance Reviews. + To provide accurate and timely monthly reports to Operations Teams with Operational Data and performance, training, finance, QA/Audits and Health and Safety. + Act as a conduit between technology platforms and the deliverables of the Operations Teams + Deliver all necessary reporting accurately and in a timely manner + Ensures that all databases are are populated and updated as required + Collaborator – from a technology perspective supports work winning functions to retain and organically grow our book of business; and + Maintain channels for effective client feedback and create action plans to enhance operations + Research opportunities to improve on best practices for tracking, technical efficiency, reporting and internal processes. + Be at the forefront of industry changes as it relates to technology platforms to support our teams to navigate changes. **Qualifications** **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** **Knowledge & Skills:** + Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience relating to the implementation of technological solutions such as Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Algorithms, Automation, Robotics, and/or a mix of like technologies + College or University Graduate + 3+ years’ experience in BI platforms such as Power BI and AWS quick sites + Experience with supporting Microsoft Windows operating environments, including integration of Azure and Power BI and cloud services. + Experience supporting both back office and site level Operations with systems integration and development of processes and applications. + Ability to support wide variety of hardware to support solutions + Responsible for Database management and query writing along with supporting database applications + Robotics: Deployment and stabilization, trouble shooting and regular audits of robot equipment. + Support use of Office 365, TEAMS and Sharepoint.
