Data Support Coordinator

A Day in the Life:
The Data Support Coordinator in Location Support will be responsible for maintaining and updating Location, Fleet, Images, Taxes, Value Added Services, and Fees across the Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty reservation systems. This role ensures consistent, high-quality support for global internal stakeholders, aligned with brand standards and service level agreements. The coordinator plays a key role in optimizing revenue opportunities and enhancing customer experience to drive positive NPS outcomes.


What You’ll Do:
As part of our Global Data Management team, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the accuracy of our reservation systems and databases across multiple brands and regions. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain and update data related to locations, fleet, taxes, fees, fuel, value-added services (VAS), rates, special equipment, and rental qualifications across various Hertz systems (GDD, RMS, Res Maintenance, Worktribe, Location & Fleet Tools, GDS). Ensure synchronization between RMS and GDD systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and service level targets for all request types. Participate actively in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cross-training initiatives. Troubleshoot legacy reservation systems across EMEA, North America, and LAMC regions. Support quarterly contract updates in collaboration with the coordinator. Review and implement fleet and fee requests for Dollar and Thrifty brands, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders. Train and support country contacts on systems, processes, and data flows. Set up and maintain rental and non-rental locations in internal databases. Test and implement new products and services (e.g., Super Cover Online, FPO, EV charging) across all regions and brands. Generate internal reports using Oracle SQL Developer. Upload fleet images to brand websites using Fleet Tools and AEM. Maintain and distribute shared reports (e.g., Insurance File, Country Fleet File) via the Hertz Partners Portal. Lead the onboarding and setup of new countries in reservation systems, from initial review to post-launch support. Manage onsell/offsell requests across all regions and brands. Assist in training new team members on systems and processes. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation. Monitor and manage location setup via the LSC portal for U.S. operations. Process GRDM tasks and workflows for North American locations. Manage tasks across multiple inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate completion within SLAs. Track and document daily workload per department standards. Work independently and collaboratively to support team operations. Maintain composure and efficiency during peak periods. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership


What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher education preferred. Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. Effective communicator with fluency in English (verbal and written); additional European language is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and continuous improvement. Strong computer proficiency; experience with Oracle SQL Developer is a plus. Prior experience in a similar role or environment is advantageous.
