The Clinical Research Data Operations Supervisor will oversee various supervisory duties to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. This role involves managing the hiring process, developing the team through one-on-one discussions, and handling performance management of research team members. Additionally, the supervisor will collaborate with Clinical Research Supervisors to manage day-to-day activities and workflow productivity of the clinical research team.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.Lead the hiring process, including applicant review and selection.Develop team through one-on-one discussions and manage performance of research team members.Collaborate with Clinical Research Supervisors for oversight of team's workflow productivity and staffing schedules.Serve as an expert resource for the research team to address operational barriers.Monitor and evaluate quality of data operations, including reviewing monitor follow-up visit letters and sponsor reports.

Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field with at least 2 years of experience in clinical research.Associates degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in clinical research or related field.Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field is preferred.5 years of clinical research experience with increasing people management responsibilities is preferred.Advanced training/experience with databases and various EDC systems.
Work Environment
The position is primarily based onsite at the main campus, with occasional travel required to other locations. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to different research protocols and conditions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
