We are looking a Data Strategy Lead to support deployment and maintenance of REEV strategy (Salesforce), maximizing database quality and accurate engagement through all the phases of the retail journey.

Coordinating sequence of all communications with Field Sales Force supervisors and Call Center while mapping retailers’ business objectives and needs through journey and support the definition of content/activation plans for each customer cluster in collaboration with DTE areas.

Ensure and coordinate data base management, quality and analytics (with BI and Digital team and CRM´s vendor with full support of REEV Executive) (Salesforce).

Monitor KPI's & CRM reports in order to flag any off-road behavior under the digital orchestration.

Define the most adequate engagement procedures & channels for the retailer’s activation/retention initiatives.

Manage the accessibility to and flow on REEV (Salesforce). related knowledge between CSC and the Digital Trade Engagement team plus help capture new knowledge regarding REEV (Salesforce) capabilities in order to decide (alongside with its supervisor) which capabilities best fit Mexico´s business scope for REEV (Salesforce).

 

Who we’re looking for:

University degree in Business/Economics/Marketing, Technology.3+ years in commercial areas and data analysis.Salesforce usage and managementPower BI knowledgeStrong analytical skillsAdvanced office level: mainly Excel & Power Point
