Role Summary
The Data Specialist Intern supports the team with day-to-day activities, analysis, and project work. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional environment, helping to build practical skills while contributing to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistenciesResearch and verify information using approved sourcesMake simple updates and corrections to recordsHelp organize and maintain data in company systemsSupport the team with day-to-day data tasksLearn how AI-enabled tools can help improve data accuracy and productivityContribute ideas for making processes more efficientCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiativesSupport ad-hoc projects and assignments as neededQualifications
Top Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Science, Engineering, Technology, etc.)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAdditional Preferred Qualifications
