Within our Supply Chain Planning team, we help make sure everyday use products (like diapers, laundry detergents, disinfectants, soap or shampoos) reach people reliably where and when they need them.

We’re looking for an ambitious Trainee Data Scientist who thrives in high-impact environments, builds ML models, transforms them into production-ready pipelines, and understands the balance between technical excellence and business relevance. You’ll be joining a global organization with strong data maturity, where you’ll shape scalable solutions across forecasting, optimization, and applied analytics domains.

Job Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy ML models across domains like time series forecasting, sales prediction, and customer behavior analysisLead initiatives on feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring at scaleBuild robust data pipelines using Databricks, PySparkCollaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end solution delivery — from prototype to productionContribute to internal libraries and advocate for clean architecture, modular design, and long-term maintainability

We are looking for:

Solid Data Science background in areas of: Supervised learning, Time Series, ML Algorithms (XGBoost, LightGBM, scikit-learn)Strong Python programming skillsExcellent collaboration skills and working comfortably within a cross-functional teamEnglish proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have:Knowledge of Git, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Azure will come helpful.Prior background knowledge of Supply Chain or FMCG domains
