The team provides expertise in data science & analytics to optimize sales performance for our bankers across the firm. The team leverages industry-leading tools, processes and skills to convert data into meaningful insights that enable sales leadership to drive value and an excellent customer experience for their business programs. We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Analytics team dedicated to branch ecosystem and staffing optimization. Reporting into the Executive Director, this role will become the in-house expert in developing optimization strategies for the proper staffing and staff functions within the branch. **Job Responsibilities:** + Help develop and drive optimization roadmap for branch staffing functions using Machine Learning frameworks. + Utilize advanced analytics to identify opportunities for improving the overall branch ecosystem across roles in several lines of business. + Independently manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to implementation, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed. + Use data analysis tools/platforms (SQL, R/Python, Teradata, AWS, Airflow & Hadoop) to analyze data from multiple sources. + Perform ad-hoc analyses for lead performance, trend analysis, other analyses, as required. + Implement prioritization models to allow for optimized in-branch servicing and sales while also effectively handling day to day foot traffic. + Work with strategy partners to balance a strong experimentation environment with the need for quick, informed business decisions. **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:** + Relevant experience of 3+ years and a Bachelors or Masters in related field, preferably Financial Services. + 3+ years of experience with optimization and machine learning models design and implementation - can be in a marketing, operational or digital setting. + Expertise implementing next-gen models using machine learning in a Hadoop environment. + Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work and collaborate with internal and external partners. + Problem-solving skills are essential. + Must be able to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems without sacrificing experimentation integrity. + Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines.
