You’ll make a difference by
Leading digitalization and AI projects together with our factories that range from developing custom solutions to the evaluation and introduction of third party offerings.You are responsible for analyzing our manufacturing, machine and process data to provide insights that build a real impact in regards of efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.You are in close contact with our factories, solve their business requirements and needs, and develop and conduct ideation workshops.Within our manufacturing network, you promote a data-first mentality, establish architecture, processes and tools that facilitate data science and data analytics implementation.You bring industrial AI to the shopfloor, including machine connectivity and data engineering, as well as MLOps in our cloud-native manufacturing data platform and model execution on the shopfloor using our industrial edge portfolio.This is how you'll win us over
You have a Master's degree in Data Science and many years of experience in manufacturing and digitalization.You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, machines and IoT Data (PCBA and cabinet production), and know how to handle real world data with all its attached challenges.You have hands-on experience in the field of machine learning and data science, especially regarding computer vision, generative AI, time series analysis and knowledge graphs. Experience with AWS portfolio and MLOps is a plus.You have the ability to communicate sophisticated data science topics to all levels clearly and engagingly, from the process engineering up to our management, think, act, and work creatively and challenge the status quo.Interpersonal skills to work effectively with multi-functional worldwide teams and partners at all levels, and proficiency in German and English complete your profile.You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
