**Introduction** We are looking for an AI scientist with AI archicture desiging and implmentation capability, experience and familiar with agentic AI and software engineering to join the "SDLC AI Agent" project. **Your role and responsibilities** This role is essential to support AI development, including User Story Generation, Test Automation, Procurement AI, and other SDLC-related scenarios. The engineer will handle model finetuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipeline optimization, evaluation methodology, and integration with client's private cloud and internal AI frameworks. **Required technical and professional expertise** Strong hands-on experience in LLM finetuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, model debugging, and RAG pipeline optimization. Ability to work with Lenovo private cloud and internal AI frameworks, ensuring alignment with governance, data quality, and deployment requirements. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Over 3 NLP/large model project experiences, with a leading role in RAG system development (familiar with frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex). * Proficient in the full large-model optimization chain: data cleaning → prompt engineering → parameter-efficient fine-tuning → evaluation & alignment. * Skilled in PyTorch/TensorFlow, with hands-on experience in distributed training and multi-GPU parallelism. * Candidates with experience in pre-training trillion-parameter models or implementing large industry-specific models are preferred. * Strong communication skills and self-motivation, capable of effectively leading a team in technical R&D and ensuring on-time, high-quality project delivery.
