Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Solution Architecture & Design * Lead the end-to-end architecture design of AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. * Evaluate client requirements and translate them into technical solution blueprints leveraging cloud, data, and AI technologies. * Define reference architectures, best practices, and reusable solution components. * Client Engagement & Advisory * Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and technical leaders on AI adoption strategies. * Present AI solution proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and implementation roadmaps. * Bridge the gap between business objectives and AI technology capabilities. * Technical Leadership * Guide teams of data engineers, data scientists, and software developers in implementing AI solutions. * Provide expertise in AI model lifecycle management, including data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring, and governance. * Ensure solutions align with AI ethics, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001). * Innovation & Ecosystem Building * Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. * Drive PoCs (Proof of Concept) and pilots to validate new AI use cases. * Build partnerships with cloud vendors, AI platforms, and open-source communities. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields (PhD is a plus). * Experience: * 8+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML solutions. * Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects in enterprise environments (banking, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing preferred). * Technical Skills: * Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services. * Deep understanding of data engineering, ML pipelines, MLOps, and model deployment. * Hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). * Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. * Soft Skills: * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels. * Strategic thinker with a strong balance of business and technical perspectives. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect). * Experience with AI governance standards (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF). * Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
