**Introduction** We are looking for an AI product manager with AI product planning experience and familiar with data governance and manufacturing business to join the "Supply Chain Agent" project we are building for manufacturing customers. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead or participate in large model application projects, building high-performance RAG systems and optimizing the accuracy and efficiency of retrieval and generation modules. * Design model fine-tuning strategies (e.g., LoRA, P-Tuning, full-parameter fine-tuning) to improve model performance in vertical domains. * Explore model compression and inference acceleration techniques to drive industrial-scale deployment. * Develop innovative solutions such as domain knowledge enhancement and multimodal data fusion. * Stay up to date with industry trends (e.g., Agents, long-context optimization) and drive technical upgrades within the team. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Over 3 NLP/large model project experiences, with a leading role in RAG system development (familiar with frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex). * Proficient in the full large-model optimization chain: data cleaning prompt engineering parameter-efficient fine-tuning evaluation & alignment. * Skilled in PyTorch/TensorFlow, with hands-on experience in distributed training and multi-GPU parallelism. * Candidates with experience in pre-training trillion-parameter models or implementing large industry-specific models are preferred. * Strong communication skills and self-motivation, capable of effectively leading a team in technical R&D and ensuring on-time, high-quality project delivery. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
