You will architect and deliver AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on foundation models and large language models. **Required technical and professional expertise** Core AI/ML Expertise - Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and LLM training pipelines. • Agentic System Design - Understanding of agent architectures (e.g., ReAct, Reflexion, Voyager, AutoGPT, CrewAI, AutoGen). - Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain / LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, Swarm, etc.). - Deep understanding of multi-agent communication protocols (e.g., MCP and A2A) — message passing, coordination, and negotiation strategies. - Designing hierarchical agents: planner, executor, verifier, critic, and memory manager roles. - Ability to balance autonomy vs. control, implementing "human-in-the-loop" governance mechanisms. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • AI / ML Engineering incl MLOps / LLMOps IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
