**Introduction** You will be working in an agile, collaborative environment, partnering with other scientists, engineers, consultants and specialists of all backgrounds and disciplines to bring analytical rigor and statistical methods to the data-driven application development **Your role and responsibilities** * Implementing,validatingand maintaining predictive,prescriptiveand generative (foundation) models with a focus on big data * Evaluating modelling results and communicating the results to technical and non-technical audiences * Working with both open source and proprietary technologies (such as IBM Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, AWS...) * Communicating with internal and external clients to understand and define businessneeds * Initial project analysis, setting up projectactivities in the data science area andmonitoringtheirdelivery * Ability to translate business challenges into (generative) AI solutions. * Explain complex GenAI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Assistingclients inleveragingtheir data resources and acting as an advocate of data-driven application development **Required technical and professional expertise** * You have at least 2 years of experience in the data science field * You have a strong understanding of the core data science algorithms and statistics fundamentals * You're proficient in at least one of the key programming languages used in data science such as Python (preferred) and have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.You have a demonstrated knowledge of data manipulation, data mining and a variety of supervised and/or unsupervised modeling techniques * You have strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth * You're comfortable with solving problems by looking at things differently, debugging, troubleshooting, and designing & implementing solutions to complex technical issues * You have a proven record of transforming user requirements into production-ready analytical applications * You can communicate with a wide range of audience in both English and Czech **Preferred technical and professional experience** * You thrive on teamwork and have excellent verbal and written communication skills * You have experience with NLP techniques and generative AI * You have a solid knowledge of one or more cloud computing platforms such as IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS * You have experience with additional programming languages or other data science tools, such as big data processing frameworks * You have practical knowledge of agentic AI systems — designing, deploying, and orchestrating autonomous AI agents that integrate reasoning, planning, and tool use.
