Job Description This role will support the Members Matter initiative is a multi-year program focused on creating a unified, real-time view of member interactions across all touchpoints—calls, claims, surveys, website visits, and written communications. The goal is to consolidate these data streams into a single platform that maps the member journey end-to-end, enabling better insights, improved engagement, and enhanced service delivery. This role will support the core project and related sub-initiatives, contributing to the design and implementation of solutions that drive transparency and efficiency in member experience management. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. • 8–10 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, or operations research. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, GitHub, Tableau/Power BI. • Experience with anomaly detection, clustering, time series analysis, and experimental modeling. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Master’s degree (MBA or technical field) is a plus but not required. • Background in statistical computing or machine learning.
