You will prepare, analyze, and understand data to deliver insight, predict emerging trends, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. In your role, you may be responsible for: * Implementing and validating predictive and prescriptive models and creating and maintaining statistical models with a focus on big data & incorporating machine learning techniques in your projects * Designing AI services for defined use cases, creating implementation and roll-out concepts for these services, implementing them as part of PoCs or MVPs, and finally rolling them out to enterprise level * Writing programs to cleanse and integrate data in an efficient and reusable manner * Working in an Agile, collaborative environment, partnering with other scientists, engineers, consultants and database administrators of all backgrounds and disciplines to bring analytical rigor and statistical methods to the challenges of predicting behaviors * Communicating with internal and external clients to understand and define business needs and appropriate modelling techniques to provide analytical solutions. * Evaluating modelling results and communicating the results to technical and non-technical audiences. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Computer Science (algorithms) * You are experienced in Automation, GenAI Models, OCR, NLP, Maschine Learning, Design, Build and Maintenance of AI infrastructures * Yoh have strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or Hugging Face and a good understanding in the usage of libraries such as SciKit Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc * You have a good understanding of experience with predictive/prescriptive modeling skills * You have strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth, and experience with programming/scripting in a language such as Java or Python. * You're great at solving problems by looking at things differently, debugging, troubleshooting, and designing & implementing solutions to complex technical issues. * Excellent verbal and written German language skills (C1 or C2 level) * German or European Union citizenship **Preferred technical and professional experience** * You thrive on teamwork and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. * You have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Design Thinking and Agile Development Methodologies * You have a good understanding of Cloud (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, etc) and related services * Familiarity constructing usable data sets from multiple structured and unstructured data sources * You have worked with relational and NoSQL databases (for example SQL, Postgres, DB2, MongoDB), operating systems (such as Linux, Windows, iOS, Android), and modern UI frameworks (Backbone.js, AngularJS, React.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, and JQuery), along with experience in tools like Github, Copilot, Amazon Code Whisperer.
