**Job Description** We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist with wargaming experience to join our Advanced Analytics Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computational modeling, data analytics, machine learning, and experience with wargaming simulation tools. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement machine learning models for anomaly detection and predictive analytics + Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing + Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI + Contribute to the development of AI-driven automation solutions + Lead wargaming simulation efforts for mission planning and scenario analysis + Configure and analyze complex simulation environments for tactical decision support + Assist in the development and improvement of wargaming tools and methodologies + Collaborate on projects involving natural language processing and LLMs + Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for complex problems **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in Computational Modeling, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field + Proficiency in Python, with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn + Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques + Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization (e.g., Docker) + Familiarity with wargaming simulation tools and methodologies + Experience in configuring simulation environments and analyzing outputs **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with high-performance computing and GPU acceleration (CUDA, OpenMP) + Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query) + Familiarity with government contracting processes and security protocols + Experience with natural language processing and large language models + Advanced knowledge of military tactics and strategy **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $63653 - $108210 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
