Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing intelligent algorithm models for business scenarios and agent construction.
2. Focus on machine learning, knowledge graphs, deep learning, large models, etc., and deliver advanced AI solutions through artificial intelligence algorithms, technologies, and platforms.
3. Study industry algorithm trends and continuously introduce new technologies in combination with business scenarios to build core product competitiveness based on intelligent algorithms.
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with commonly used machine learning, deep learning and other related algorithm models, have a certain understanding of commonly used algorithm models and new technologies in the industry, and have relevant practical experience in artificial intelligence and data mining;
2. Familiar with large model related models and applications, understand SLM training, model fine-tuning and distillation frameworks and can apply them in practice;
3. Familiar with commonly used programming tools and components, at least proficient in Python, Pyspark, a programming language, with good programming habits and algorithm foundation;
4. Have experience in the use of large-scale distributed computing platforms and the development of parallel algorithms; familiar with deep learning frameworks such as tensorflow and pytorch
