Boeing Vancouver is seeking a Data Science Business Operations Intern for our internship program working with the Data Science and Analytics team. This is a full-time internship opportunity that is based at our office in Richmond, British Columbia and is up to 8 months in length, starting in early January 2026.

Position Responsibilities:

Working directly with an assigned mentor or a buddy

Business case development

Supporting and managing various projects based on teams’ requirements

Marketing analytics solution to internal stakeholders

Supporting Data Science team operations and logistics

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Richmond location. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Currently enrolled as a full-time student with an accredited university or college in a related field of study

Must be at least a 2nd year or higher student with studies in a relevant program

Intermediate to advanced ability in the use of Microsoft Office which includes Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Willing and able to work 40 hours per week during the internship

Must be legally able to work in Canada

Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods

Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

Project management experience

Previous internship experience

Experience in data analytics

Experience developing and marketing business cases

Extracurricular activities related to leadership, community involvement, volunteering or teaming are an asset

*Graduates are ineligible unless continuing in post graduate studies.

Additional Information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada.  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.

Starting salary will be based on year of post-secondary education completed, qualifications and experience. The range for this internship is $22.00 - $24.50 CAD hourly.
