Job Description A healthcare client in the South Florida area seeking a Data Reporting Specialist to create visually appealing patient “report cards” that summarize key health insights. This role involves extracting data from Athena into Excel, formatting and enhancing the information in Adobe InDesign (or Adobe Acrobat Pro for simpler formatting), and producing Word documents that are converted into PDFs for review by the Chief Medical Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong data configuration skills, proficiency with Adobe tools and Microsoft Office, and the ability to navigate multiple portals such as Dropbox and Athena. Because the role involves handling Protected Health Information (PHI), HIPAA certification is required (training can be provided by the client).
