What this opportunity involves:
Join JLL as our Data & Reporting Manager and drive meaningful sustainability outcomes for Australia's federal government. In this dynamic role, you'll transform complex data into powerful insights that shape national sustainability strategies and deliver real environmental impact. Working with cutting-edge reporting platforms and collaborating across diverse teams, you'll be at the forefront of Australia's journey toward net zero government operations.
Ensure accurate sustainability data capture and upload to JLL's reporting platform with robust quality assurance
Develop data collection processes collaborating with finance, leasing, procurement, and cross-functional teams
Manage casual data entry team including recruitment, training, and ongoing development
Deliver reports meeting Commonwealth requirements, including Net Zero in Government Operations Strategy
Support multi-site utility procurement with comprehensive data analysis
Maintain utility meter and account databases for property connections and disconnections
Lead sustainability training sessions for JLL staff and client stakeholders
Attend client data meetings and respond to enquiries directly
Analyse sustainability data to identify improvement opportunities in energy efficiency, renewables, and waste reduction
Key Requirements:
We're seeking a candidate with strong analytical and relationship management skills to drive sustainability outcomes through expert data management and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will combine technical data expertise with excellent communication abilities and thrive in collaborative environments.
Australian citizenship with Baseline AGSVA clearance eligibility
Database management and advanced Excel skills (Power BI/Tableau advantageous)
Program management experience with exceptional attention to detail
