This position creates value for the R&D organization by leading cross-functional projects, programs, and teams to generate sustainable improvements in research productivity and decision-making. The Business Analyst Intern partners with resources embedded across Corteva and within the R&D organization to create communities of practice and establish a culture of operational excellence.
Position duties will include, but not limited to:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the research organization to gather and document business requirements.Work with subject matter experts to document current business processes and identify pain points.Design and propose process implements, including workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures, to end-users to ensure solutions align with their requirements.Develop low-code line of business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform to improve operational efficiency.Create and maintain Power BI report to visualize and communicate data insights to stakeholders.Participate in the implementation of new procedures and tools including training, documentation, demonstrations, and end-user support.Job Qualifications
To be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Power Platform applications. Including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BIProficiency in common Microsoft applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and TeamsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively build and maintain relationshipsStrong bias for action and demonstrated owner’s mindsetStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management Ability to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to balance pragmatism and perfectionPreferred Skills and Experience:
