Job Description & Summary

The CDO team provides data governance & compliance, data quality management and data management & enablement services. A data quality support analyst is required to support across data quality operational services and initiatives. They will play a key support role, working closely with the Data Quality Management Lead and the wider CDO team to help deliver data quality initiatives, maintain data quality standards, and support the implementation of data governance activities across the firm.

Key Responsibilities;

Manage and maintain master data in alignment with global standards 

Act as a data steward, treating master & reference data as a strategic asset. 

Conduct root cause analysis and propose actionable solutions for data related issues. 

Manage ServiceNow requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA. 

Maintain and update process documentation and procedures. 

Prepare training materials and support in the delivery of training to offshore teams. 

Participate in system testing ensuring accurate alignment of master data across platforms. 

Remediation and cleansing of master & reference data Provide subject matter expertise on data within your domain and territory.  

Promote best practices in data management and ensure adherence to global policies. 

 

Experience & Qualifications 

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a data management, operations, or a quality-focused role. 

Third-level qualification required; a degree in data management or related field is desirable. 

Familiarity with data quality frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) desirable.  

Experience in quality control, cleansing and remediation.  

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities. 

Experience working in high-performing teams and delivering to deadlines.   

Foundational project management experience including stakeholder management, task planning, and milestone tracking.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills including tailored communications to different stakeholders.  

Critical thinking skills, asks clarifying questions, identifies gaps and challenges assumptions.

Curious, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong team ethic. 

Demonstrates initiative in seeking out information, staying current with processes and procedures, and quickly adapting to new knowledge. 

Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams.

Organised, with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
